How to ’give wings’ – a design, branding, and communication project for a school in a village
Our existence (Toud) is closely linked to the idea below. Consequently, it was very easy for us to start the volunteering project we are about to discuss.
Our belief
We believe in a strategy of infinite gain, a balance where every interested party wins (the organization, the client, the general public, users, suppliers, the community, etc.). We believe that we need and deserve a less stressful world, with fewer worries and where there isn’t so much pressure on the individual. The only way to create a balance between organizations selling products or services and people (who need them or almost need them) is by removing pressure through the power of stories to heal, to inspire.
The project
Toud intake
April 14, 2024, a quiet Sunday. Registration for kindergarten classes opened a few days ago. Two families decided to no longer enroll their children in this school. The project was in danger. Without reaching the minimum number of children, the class would not be validated by the Ministry of Education and the school would not exist.
This is where we were asked for help. How do we bring 2-4 more children to the school?
We needed a story, and we created it. In an 8-hour marathon, we created the strategic basis for the association that laid the foundation for this school, as well as the visual identity. We created promotional materials for both online and print and started communicating.
It was perhaps one of the best ways to spend a Sunday, taking part in building the future of this school. In such projects, everything works very well, as if an external force guides you and each step is done faster, but also with a full sense of purpose and depth.
We present this project for two reasons:
- It’s very easy to help, and even a small gesture can mean a lot and can positively change the lives of many people.
- Beyond anything else, if through your work you can’t give wings to at least one person, it means you’re not on the right path.
Put your heart into what you do and let stories make life more beautiful,
The Toud Team
