It is already a cliche, but we are really lucky and we have the chance to meet only special people
Because nowadays beauty can be found in images and not in texts, we start the story below, after this moment caught somewhere far away from noise and sadness.
The ski is maybe the most beautiful sport in the whole world. I am subjective when it comes to it. It was love at first sight. I was 5 and I was going with my sledge in a village near my grandparents and there I saw for the first time skiers. They seduced me for life. When you are on skies you are free, truly free, you float . It is like a flight, a child flight.
Skiing is about being “together“. I made “together” the rides in Bucegi or Fagaras, otherwise it would have no charm, it would be pointless and it wouldn’t be safe. I have so many things to tell about and such beautiful friendships tide up at ski.
Happiness has many faces. No, I will not write here about the Greek theories. We all know it – happiness is of different kinds. On skies I relived the happiness of childhood, a pure, clean and honest one. I could say that it is not a happiness of pleasures, but it is something beyond, deeper; it is something that sets you free, that doesn’t compel you.
Freedom – friendship – happiness
These are the values that Felicia, the initiator of the project Felicitydtp indicated to be the base of this story. The coincidence is that I believe in the same values when I think about skiing, given the fact that I have more than 20 years of practice. Maybe they are universal values, I don’t know for sure. We built this brand considering those three values above. We pushed the design towards simplicity illustrating it by an old symbol – the badge – and the S of slopes, the essence of the brand.
We started the design in a very simplified direction (II – two parallel lines meant to symbolize the skies). But we couldn’t succeed to show in this way the idea of friendship, of companionship. The idea of the badge helped us to illustrate this important aspect.
The website is built on the same simple line. We used a calendar to highlight the availability for classes and we focused on photography. We highlighted the articles and the testimonials. Felicia has and huge number of testimonials gathered in many years of working with people, children especially.
About ski there are a lot to say. A lot will be easier to understand after you descend at least once from 2000 meters altitude to 1400 meters in Sinaia. I hope to see you all well and healthy on a slope, cause God may have mercy on us and give us some snow at least in the areas where you can ski.
