In February, following a rebranding process, on the Romanian market appeared KADRA – Acess engineering, the company that offers integrated access engineering solutions. KADRA is the new brand of the company that ”absorbed” the old brands: Aluterm Group, Siatec, Makroplast, and Parkomatic.

How we got involved in this web design project

Toud got involved in the web design area. We worked in an extended team, together with the strategy teams (they conceived the business plan and the brand strategy) and design teams (based on the creation brief they built KADRA visual identity and the presentation brochure of the group). OUr goal was to ”save” old content, along with SEO performance. Thus, we made a new website (kadragroup.com) here we brought the old content, created a new one, and had as our main goal keeping a good position in searches on an extended set of keywords.

During several weeks we migrated, modified, updated, changed and refreshed the pages and articles from the old websites. Thus, we migrated 226 blog articles and 197 portfolio articles from 4 websites. All the pages from the old websites have received a 301 redirect to preserve the performance in search engines and to further provide easy navigation for visitors.

For the website construction, we aimed:

  1. to have a ”clean” and modern design – as imagined by the team who made the visual identity
  2. to facilitate access to information depending on the need/way of getting on the website
  3. to make the rebranding clear for all the users that knew the old brands or for those who get into the website through redirects from old websites
  4. to highlight the idea of integrated solutions
  5. to keep and then grow the number of leads generated every month.

Two months after launch, the numbers validate the implementation plan and SEO strategy. We are already working on inbound marketing, and we are counting on an increase in the number of (quality) leads by over 30% for 2019 compared to 2018.

It should be said that this website is the fruit of team activity and the synergy between the desire to preserve the past and the one to innovate, to offer a new promise and a context more favorable to the stakeholders.
