The purpose of Toud Marketing and Design is to provide the means and support for the customer to tell his story. Toud Marketing and Design also aims to offer potential customers information designed to inspire them and help them in their marketing and communication efforts.
Toud Marketing and Design currently owns the domains: toud.ro / toud.eu / toud.fr / toud.nl / toud.de / toud.ch.
All sites owned by Toud Marketing and Design are subordinated to these objectives, as outlined above. Below we explain how Toud Marketing and Design aligns with GDPR, which entered into force on May 25, 2018.

Toud Marketing and Design commintment to personal data processing
The processing of your personal data is at your service, actual and potential customers. All Toud Marketing and Design actions respect private and family life, residences and communications, personal data protection, freedom of thought, conscience and religion, freedom of expression and information, freedom to conduct a commercial activity, the right to an effective remedy and a fair trial, as well as the cultural, religious and linguistic diversity.
We are committed to building a secure environment for the collection and storage of personal data. In this regard, we provide SSL connections to all Toud Marketing and Design sites (listed above). In addition, the data collected through the forms is either stored in the HubSpot CRM in the Mail Chimp, or they are deleted at very short intervals according to internal procedures. You can permanently check if Toud Marketing and Design stores data about you either through direct access to your Toud Marketing and Design Mail account (you have received an email that gave you access to your account) or through a request at inspire@toud.ro. We’re trying to keep up-to-date.
You also need to know that our sites are operated and managed on servers located in the European Union.

The data is stored to allow us to reconnect with you at any time. The data is stored for a period of 5 years. After this period the data will be deleted.

Your personal data will be used solely for the purpose of transmitting marketing information, Toud Marketing and Design services about offers and/or promotions, news, future campaigns, invitations to various events made by Toud Marketing and Design or in which we are involved) in a given period of time.
Your personal data will be deleted when you cancel your subscription to the newsletter.

When visitors leave comments on our sites, we collect the data shown in the comment forms, but also the visitor’s IP address and the user agents in the browser to help us detect spam.
An anonymous string (also called a hash) created from your email addresses can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. The Gravatar Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
After your comment has been approved, your profile photo is visible to your audience next to your comment.

If you leave a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, email address and web site in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you do not have to fill them again when you leave another comment. These cookies will be valid for one year.

If you leave a comment, your comment and metadata are kept indefinitely. So we can automatically recognize and approve all the next comments instead of keeping them in a queue for moderation.
For users (if any) who sign up on our web site, we also store the personal information they provide on their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (but can not change their username). Admins can also see and edit this information.
For all the 4 cases listed above, the provision of personal data is voluntary. Refusing to provide data for the purposes outlined above will not have any negative consequences for you.

Articles in this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Content embedded from other websites behaves exactly as if visitors viewed another web site.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, incorporate additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with embedded content, including tracking your interaction with embedded content if you have an account and you are logged in web site.

This cookie keeps track of sessions. This is used to determine if HubSpot should increment the session number and timestamps in the __hstc cookie. It contains the domain, viewCount (increments each pageView in a session), and session start timestamp.

Whenever HubSpot changes the session cookie, this cookie is also set to determine if the visitor has restarted their browser. If this cookie does not exist when HubSpot manages cookies, it is considered a new session.

Ads tracking
If you use the HubSpot ads tool to select and install your Facebook pixel on pages with the HubSpot tracking code, HubSpot will link the placing of that pixel code to the cookie notification banner. If you require opt-in consent via this banner, the Facebook pixel will not be able to set any cookies on a visitor until they have opted in.
If you have manually placed the pixel code on pages (e.g., by editing your site header HTML), HubSpot will not be able to control which visitors Facebook is able to set cookies on.

Cookies from third-party systems
HubSpot cannot control cookies placed by third-party scripts on your website. When a visitor accepts cookies via the HubSpot consent banner, they consent to HubSpot’s cookies only. Other information

To optimize the experience you have in digital communication media used by Toud Marketing and Design, we have implemented CRM system offered by HUBSPOT. This system implies a number of activities explained below:
1. Information We Collect
Bu filling the forms in Toud Marketing and Design Website you send us personal information. We ask this information to find out more about you and be able to offer you faster and easier the information you need. The information is kept in HubSpot system (the information goes to HubSpot cloud and is kept on HubSpot servers in the USA). The information we collect and use through HubSpot service belongs to us and is used, revealed and protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
When You Visit our Websites
You are free to explore the Websites without providing any Personal Information about yourself. When you visit the Websites or register for the Subscription Service, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself, and we collect Navigational Information.
“Personal Information”
This refers to any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions, both free and paid, that you enter into on the Websites, and information about you that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.
Personal Information includes Navigational Information or Payment Information where such information can directly or indirectly identify an individual. Log Files
When you view content provided by us, we automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, internet service provider (ISP), the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, clickstream data, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by HubSpot to provide general statistics regarding use of the Websites. For these purposes, we do link this automatically-collected data to Personal Information such as name, email address, address, and phone number.
Information we collect from third parties
From time to time, we may receive Personal Information about you from third party sources including partners with which we offer co-branded services or engage in joint marketing activities and publicly available sources such as social media websites.

We use the information we collect only in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Customers who subscribe to our Subscription Services are obligated through our agreements with them to comply with this Privacy Policy.

Our Websites provide links to other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for, the content or practices of these other websites. We offer publicly accessible message boards, blogs, and community forums. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose any information through our public message boards, blogs, or forums, this information may be collected and used by others. Retention of Personal Information
How long we keep the information we collect about you depends on the type of information. as described in further detail below. 3. How we Share Information we Collect
Service Providers
We employ other companies and people to provide services to visitors to our Websites and our customers and users of the Subscription Service and may need to share your information with them to provide information, products or services to you. What types of cookies do we use and how do we use them?

What about other tracking technologies, like web beacons?
Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. We employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage the Website and Subscription Service by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages or in emails and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We use clear gifs or pixels in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. We tie the information gathered by clear gifs in emails to our customers’ Personal Information.
