We live in a world that demands more and more from us. Time is getting shorter and shorter, we interact daily with a very large number of digital products. We interact with digital screens all the time, in the car, at home, at the office, on the subway, or while shopping. In this context, the digital experience becomes essential. It can increase the user’s productivity and already has the power to influence even his health. The better the experience, the easier it will be to live in this hybrid – real-digital environment.
At Toud, we have been building digital experiences for more than 5 years. During this period, we developed our skills in the field of UX and UI. Below we present some of the completed UX/UI or just UI projects and explain how we can help you in this area.
- User Research and analysis – we understand your customers’ needs, expectations, behavior, and what a good digital experience means for them. We will do interviews, observe behaviors, build personas. In order to be able to help you tell your story, we will have to understand to whom we are telling it and, above all, how it is best to tell it. This stage is one built on empathy, the desire for involvement, for understanding. We consider this stage a critical stage, if it is not thoroughly done, then the whole project will stand on a fragile foundation.
- Customer journey map – in this stage, we delve deeper into elements related to the customer’s behavior. We observe the steps taken in the purchase (conversion) and look for opportunities to improve the process, to intervene to shorten it. Based on the observations, we build maps, on which we then draw flows and interaction models. In this stage, we understand how customers make decisions, what factors can influence the decision, when they act, what are those moments (touchpoints) we could use to speed up or influence the conversion.
- Wireframing – we work with prototypes. We do not go directly to design, we first think of flows, analyze them, test them, improve them. This method is very useful in testing the hypotheses developed in the first two stages.
- Testing – we are constantly testing to find the best way. We test in phase 3, but we also test after we have the first design sketches. We take feedback and analyze the generated impact on narrow, relevant groups.

We never forget the brand. The website, mobile application, or any digital interface we build must tell the story of the brand. Without telling a story, without carrying parts of the brand in each element, without generating an emotional connection, we cannot talk about UX and UI.

We believe that everything has to be simple and easy to understand and use.
Design for humans
The design exists exclusively to make people’s life better and easier. It has no other meaning.
The context is important
There are no experiences lived in the abstract, everything is interconnected, people live experiences that are connected to each other. Through UX and UI, we seek to increase the quality of experiences, understanding the context in which they take place.
Tests tell the truth
We know that we have only a few truths, so we test a lot. The tests tell us the truths and, based on them, we can build solutions that bring results.
