About IESYS
What do you do when you want to conquer a peak taller than 8,000 meters? You prepare. You transform. What does an engineering company do when it wants to reach new heights? Exactly the same thing.
That’s what is happening now at IESYS. To increase its visibility in the regional market and to enter new markets, with the ambition of becoming one of the leading engineering companies, IESYS has embarked on a broad transformation process.
But before we talk about this transformation, who is IESYS today?
IESYS is an engineering company from Romania, with expertise in transport infrastructure and the industrial sector. Their process automation projects can be seen in airports across Romania, on highways and express roads, in factories of major Romanian brands, and even abroad — in train stations, airports, and production facilities. The IESYS team stands out through agility and the firm belief that any engineering challenge can be solved efficiently and on time. For them, every challenge is a step toward progress.
About the journey they embarked on—transformation
Let’s return to the metaphor of the mountain. What brings these people together? Why do they work so well as a team? Where do they find their motivation? What is their shared ambition?
We explored these questions together in an extensive process involving workshops, analysis meetings, and interviews.

The central element of this team is their sense of belonging to the craft: they are, in the most authentic way, engineers. This idea appeared so often and so strongly in all discussions that it became the core of everything. We are engineering became the answer to all the big questions: who we are, what we do, why we exist, how we bring value, what makes us different.
What unites the IESYS team is the commitment to giving their best within a very clear, rigorous, and deeply professional framework: engineering. The team operates under the sign of engineering — a discipline that gives meaning to what they do and powers their journey from challenge to progress. Here, engineering is not just a science or an art; it is a tool that makes the lives of thousands, even millions of people, better.
Visual identity
Until now, visual identity wasn’t a major focus. The old logo was expressive but very complex, featuring a 3D geometry. We didn’t create a revolution — we created an essential simplification. We kept the color palette but redesigned the geometry, maintaining the hexagon shape — a key element of the original logo.
Based on the new logo, we built the entire visual system. From this perspective, the IESYS project is one of the most complex for Toud: a large number of layouts and materials, many of which can be seen below.
The website
The website is simple, bold, and clearly expresses the IESYS belief: From Challenge to Progress. WE Engineer.
Its role is twofold: to strengthen the brand and to generate leads. To support this, we built the foundation of an inbound marketing platform based on HubSpot.
Social Media
There is a lot to say about IESYS. We are preparing a series of inspirational and technical stories designed to bring fresh perspectives to the industry and to the wider engineering community.
This project, built together with the IESYS team, fits perfectly into the idea that: It is never too late to be what you might have been.
