We have dozens of SM accounts in our portfolio that we manage completely – design, content, digital strategy. For these accounts, depending on the communication objectives, we create content with a specific frequency – posts that include text, photography, design, and conversion elements. We analyze the target audience and amplify visibility for certain posts, respond to messages, analyze the competition, and aim to be different and relevant to the audience, generating reports and analyzing variations in awareness and interaction.
We believe social media management has two critical components – understanding the audience (what content they want to receive, what type of audience they are – the Facebook audience has different expectations than the LinkedIn one – and when they want to receive this content) and the quality of the transmitted message (chosen topics, level of understanding, and the way they are transmitted – design). At Toud, we constantly seek to understand the audience and provide quality content. We pay close attention to design and message focus.
