IdeaChef — Visual identity for a brand that sparks inspiration in premium gastronomy
IdeaChef is a brand born from the desire to bring to Romania a premium selection of tableware from internationally recognized producers such as Bonna, Qütahya, IPEC, and others. The brand strategy was already outlined by the client, with a clear direction: inspiration, professionalism, and respect for the experiences created at the table. Our role was to transform this vision into a strong visual identity and an elegant, coherent, and memorable landing page.
The logo — a “spark” that defines the brand
The IdeaChef logo is based on the concept of an idea,a spark, the moment when imagination takes shape. It is a visual “blink,” a symbol of creativity in gastronomy. The process was intense: hundreds of sketches, over 12 major revisions, days of going back and forth until the final form became clear and inevitable. It is probably one of the most elaborate logo processes we have undertaken, and the joy lies in the fact that we didn’t give up. The result is a symbol that both we, the client, and the audience believe in.
Premium visual identity
The color palette — gold, black, and white — conveys elegance, certainty, and refinement. The visuals are simple, modern, and well-spaced, designed to keep the tableware pieces in the spotlight. IdeaChef’s identity doesn’t shout; it convinces through its discretion and confidence.
