How do you picture the perfect job posting?

No, there’s no such thing as the perfect job posting. In fact, there’s no such thing as perfection. There are only good job postings and not-so-good job postings.

For our client—Törzburg Manor—we created a unique job posting; below, we explain why.

I designed it to work in two steps. Prospective employees would first see a photo of the job posting, which would then lead them to the landing page in the second step, where they could find more information. I designed the recruitment campaign to perform well on social media.

The visual design was very simple and aspirational, created in line with the brand image. We wanted to highlight the positioning of the Törzburg Manor within the niche of accommodations in the Bran-Brașov area right from the very first point of contact—the visual. We used photographs that could recreate the unique atmosphere of this accommodation.
