Felicitta — visual identity, strategy, and website for a place designed with people in mind
Felicitta is a residential project that brings forward a simple and powerful idea: living can become a source of joy when it is shaped with attention to detail, to the rhythm of everyday life, and to people’s real needs. The concept of a “happy city” inspired the strategic direction from the very beginning, and our role was to transform it into a clear, coherent identity that is instantly recognizable to anyone who interacts with the brand.
Brand strategy
The strategy was built around the core values that define the project: high-quality construction, spacious and bright interiors, generous green areas, integrated facilities, and a strong focus on day-to-day comfort. These elements were distilled into a brand language that conveys balance, calm, safety, and a lifestyle centered around well-being.
Visual identity
The visual identity reflects this atmosphere. The logo expresses a sense of community and continuity, while the graphic style is clean and modern. The color palette uses light, natural tones inspired by the outdoors, by daylight, and by open spaces. Every visual element is designed to evoke a contemporary feeling of home: clear, optimistic, and orderly.
The website
The Felicitta website continues this direction. We created an intuitive, clean, and well-structured digital experience where users can explore apartment types, layouts, facilities, neighborhood advantages, and the overall project philosophy. The pacing of the pages, the imagery, the white space, and the information structure all recreate online the same atmosphere the project conveys in real life: brightness, clarity, and modern comfort.
The result
The result is a mature, coherent, and memorable identity that supports a project built around people and the way they imagine their lives in a new space. Felicitta takes shape as a place where the idea of a “happy city” becomes familiar, recognizable, and naturally integrated into the aspirations of every future resident.
