HoReCa Impreuna
web design for an entrepreneurship program
2020 and the pandemic triggered by the new coronavirus brought major changes to the HoReCa world. However, this crisis came with opportunities for innovation, transformation, and, especially, the digitalization of businesses in the field.
To support entrepreneurs who wanted to evolve and transform their businesses to adapt to new times, Qriser and Mastercard launched a unique program of know-how tailored for the HoReCa sector. With the support of Edenred, Sodexo and Up Romania and having Radio Guerilla as media partner, the program consisted of 5 online sessions in which experienced speakers addressed various topics. One of the sessions was an interactive workshop of design thinking in which the participants had the opportunity to develop a new business model.
We, Toud team, worked closely with Qriser team to build a website for this project. We chose to create something simple, highlighting from the beginning the 5 sessions that make up the HoReCa Impreuna program. We also made a section dedicated to the entrepreneurs who wanted to share their experience of adapting to the pandemic and the restrictions imposed on this occasion.
This project required very good communication and a system able to facilitate teamwork and internal testing.
We worked with a number of communication and teamwork digital tools. We created a wireframe and an MvP in Adobe XD. We were able to test quickly, accumulate feedback to quickly build the official version, dedicated to the target audience – HoReCa entrepreneurs.
We are glad every time we have the opportunity to be part of such projects that support local entrepreneurs.
