policarbonat.ro – visual identity for a polycarbonate products distributor
policarbonat.ro is a branch of the KADRA company that deals with the online sale of polycarbonate panels. KADRA has over 25 years of experience in selling this material using classic methods.
Starting from the customer’s brief, the Toud team chose to build an identity inclined towards the idea of play, of countless possibilities to work with polycarbonate panels. Thus, the creative team explored a series of forms and concepts, and after the feedback rounds, validated, together with the dedicated KADRA team, the new visual identity.
The policarbonat.ro logo is the result of a game of 6 geometric shapes, rectangles, of different transparencies and colors that suggest the numerous possibilities of working with this material and refers to a series of elements that are linked to this brand (light, game, play, possibilities of use). The main purpose of the logo is to create a positive feeling, and to suggest the idea of well-being when you imagine starting a project.
The Toud team’s challenge was to create a visual element that could be easily used on all marketing materials, both online and offline. Thus, the chosen color palette favors the use of the logo both on images and on materials such as presentations, official documents, or offers.
This project was unique due to the challenge it brought to us, the Toud team, we had to make something incredibly simple – a polycarbonate sheet – something that would attract. That’s how we came to the idea of game, of playing, of the joy of starting a new project.
